and guide couples through booking. /li liAct as the main point of contact for couples during the planning process. /li liManage vendor communication, contracts, invoices, and payments. /li liCollaborate closely with our team and bring ideas for new services and improvements. /li /ul h3Skills Experience /h3 ul liExperience in event planning, client management, or a related field. /li liStrong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills. /li liComfortable with sales calls, contracts, and vendor negotiations. /li liSkilled in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail). /li liFamiliarity with project management tools like ClickUp is a plus. /li liKnowledge of invoicing and payments is valued. /li liBonus for experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation) or design tools (Canva, Squarespace, social media). /li liExcellent English required; Spanish or Italian is a plus. /li /ul h3Conditions /h3 pbCommitment: /b Full‑time (35–40 hours/week). /p pbWorkspace: /b Co‑working space in central Barcelona. /p pbDuration: /b 6‑month engagement with the possibility of extension. /p pExtension Possibility: An opportunity exists for an extension to a long‑term position.
