We are currently recruiting a Value Creation Analyst to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a general team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.

Key Responsibilities

- Build andmaintain financial models and valuationsto support business planpreparation, investment decisions, and other shareholder strategic decisions
- Prepare DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysestoevaluate project and portfolio performance under a range of scenarios.
- Conduct marketand competitive researchto identify opportunities and benchmarkpositioning
- Create and summarize findings of modelling analysisby populatingstrategy presentations, reporting dashboards and executive reportsandpresentations for management & the Board of Directors.
- Collaboratewith cross-functional teams – including finance, investments and M&A; andoperations - to assess project feasibility and strategic alignment.
- Support long-term investment strategyand portfoliooptimisation initiatives, quantifying and understanding trade offs and riskassessment as part of a global portfolio.
- Monitormarket trends, regulatory developments and industry dynamics to ensureproposalsremain relevant and competitive.
- Take initiative and ownership on additional tasks as assigned, and lookfor continuous improvement opportunities at all times.

Education & Certifications





- Bachelor’s degree or higher in BusinessAdministration, Finance, or a similar field. Alternative Engineering withexperience in Finance
- Excellent English languageskills(written and spoken)C1 levelis a must. Additional languages are a plus

Experience & Technical Skills

- 3–5 yearsof experience in investment banking, boutique M&A;, valuations team, corporate finance, privateequity, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong financial modelling skills and solidunderstanding of valuation methodologies(DCF,LBO, multiples, etc)
- Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector is aplus.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong proficiency withPowerPoint to produce for executive-level deliverables.
- Problem-solving oriented and strong analytical skills - naturally curious and inquisitive in undertandingprojects and the business to be able to model outputs appropriately.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communicationskills to successfully interact with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-pacedenvironmentwith shifting priorities and ability to work under pressure in a global organisation across multiple timezones.
- Excellent attention to detail.
