This role would span the entire product development cycle from concept phase through design, verification, implementation, and release to customers. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liRTL Design and Implementation: Use Verilog and SystemVerilog to design digital blocks, subsystems, and top‑level designs. /li liDefine and develop system‑level architectures for complex digital designs /li liLead technical teams on complex digital design projects /li liCollaborate across functions to drive innovative solutions /li liEngage directly with customers on technical requirements and solutions /li liMentor engineers and help develop technical talent /li liSpecification Ownership: Write detailed block and subsystem‑level specifications for design and implementation. /li liDigital Backend: Perform block‑and top‑level linting, CDC analysis, and power analysis. Assist with synthesis constraints and timing closure. /li liMixed‑Signal Integration: Communicate closely with mixed‑signal designers and verification engineers to support mixed‑signal simulations and real‑number modeling across the analog/digital boundary. /li liDocumentation and Design Reviews: Prepare technical documentation and lead architecture, design, and peer reviews. /li liLab Evaluation and Debug: Support silicon bring‑up, characterization, and debug activities. /li liCross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across analog, digital, verification, test, and product definition teams to define requirements, support production test development, and ensure successful product execution. /li /ul pThe position offers opportunities for development.



/p h3Previous Experience/Skills Needed Education Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience /li li8-12 years of relevant experience in digital design engineering /li liStrong hands‑on RTL coding experience and debugging skills. /li liKnowledge of digital design for data filter/processing, MATLAB experience beneficial /li liFPGA prototyping beneficial /li liKnowledge of system on-chip solutions with processors (ARM preferred) /li liKnowledge of processor architectures and bus fabric protocols (AHB,AXI,…) /li liKnowledge of digital interfaces (SPI/I2C/SPMI/I3C/UART/…). /li liKnowledge of UVM beneficial /li liExperience in mentoring junior engineers is desirable /li liProven analytical and problem solving skills /li /ul pFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
