ppMotoGP SEG is a company based in Madrid and offices in Barcelona that hold the rights related to the management, marketing and sale of audiovisual and commercial rights of the FIM World Championship Grand Prix (MotoGP). /p pbAssistant /b for its Marketing Department in Madrid office. /p h3Mission /h3 pHelp keep the department running smoothly by managing its financial and administrative processes and supporting on all elements of team administration. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liManage purchase orders, supplier documentation, delivery notes and invoices. /li liLiaise with Finance to support accurate and timely supplier payments. /li liCoordinate with Legal to track the department’s commercial contracts. /li liSupport budget planning and maintain accurate, up-to-date budget records. /li liProcess expenses and travel allowances. /li liMaintain organised departmental records and documentation. /li liSupport in organising team meetings. /li liProvide broader administrative support as required.
