The ideal candidate is a recent early-career professional with a background in bIndustrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Organisational Engineering, or a related field /b, who is passionate about process improvement and digital transformation. /ph3Your Responsibilities Will Include /h3ulliAnalyse and document business processes across different departments. /liliCreate and maintain process maps, workflows, and bdata flow diagrams /b. /liliSupport the continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes. /liliCollaborate with different teams to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions. /liliSupport the management and evolution of our ERP system, bMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central /b. /liliGather and document business requirements for ERP improvements and new functionalities. /liliMonitor andb improve information flows /b between departments to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency. /liliAssist in ERP testing, validation, and implementation of new functionalities. /liliCreate and maintain process bdocumentation /b, procedures, and user guides.
