working with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the right Trans capacity is available in the right part of the network, to meet or exceed customer experience. /li /ulh3A Day in the Life /h3ulliDrive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change, leading improvement projects and programs. /liliBe a key cog in the central team that coordinates EU Trans Capacity availability and gap closure actions during the planning and execution phases of high-volume events such as Prime Week and Black Friday. /liliBuild a plan, iterate, execute, form lessons learned to improve, and apply those learnings to optimize processes for the future. /liliCommunicate and attain buy-in for plans from senior leadership. /li /ulh3About the Team /h3pThe team specializes in end-to-end transport and supply chain optimization and has a program management and analytics focus to drive excellence in outbound operations planning. /ph3Basic Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree or above in Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or experience in problem solving and data analytics. /liliSpeak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English. /liliExperience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent. /liliExperience with operations/supply chain. /liliExperience in Excel with advanced proficiency (pivots, lookups, etc.). /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliMaster's degree or above in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent. /liliKnowledge of database systems and SQL. /liliExperience managing competing priorities across a wide range of stakeholders. /li /ulh3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
