ph3About the role: /h3 pThe Partner Operations Quality team at FYUL is responsible for quality outcomes across third-party fulfillment partners worldwide. We set the standards, manage partner performance, and drive the improvements that directly impact merchant and customer experience. /p pWe are looking for an Embroidery Digitization Quality Lead to own the EMB quality agenda end-to-end. This is a senior individual contributor role at the intersection of craft expertise, quality systems, and partner management. The right person comes from the industry — someone who has lived inside production environments, understands what good digitization looks like at scale, and can translate that knowledge into frameworks that take our embroidery quality to the next level. This is not a role for someone who maintains what exists; it is a role for someone who sees the gaps, defines what better looks like, and builds the systems to get there. /p h3Your daily tasks will include: /h3 ul liDefining, owning, and continuously raising quality standards and acceptance criteria for digitization output across all production partners — both in-house facilities and outsourced fulfillment partners — acting as the internal authority on what "good" looks like. /li liEngaging with digitization partners on quality — assessing digitization output, running capability reviews, driving performance improvement, and evaluating alternatives where standards are not met; and working with in‑house and partners production facilities on embroidery production quality outcomes. /li liBuilding and owning the quality measurement framework: identifying the KPIs and metrics that track EMB and digitization quality performance over time, and using data to drive decisions. /li liCreating digitization guidelines, SOPs, and technical briefs that internal teams and external partners can follow and be held accountable to — documentation that works without hand-holding.
/li liIdentifying and driving improvements to how merchants and customers engage with embroidery — design tool guidance, pre-submission quality checks, and AI-assisted tooling to surface issues before they reach production. /li liCollaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Merchant Success, and Product/Tech teams to align on quality initiatives and embed standards into tooling and processes. /li liWhile this position is remote-friendly, the ability and willingness to travel to production sites is essential to effectively manage quality standards. /li /ul h3Your qualifications: /h3 ul liStrong stakeholder management skills — able to navigate multiple internal and external stakeholders with competing priorities, build alignment, and drive decisions across functions. /li liHands‑on digitization expertise with professional software ( bWilcom, Pulse, Hatch /b, or equivalent) — deep knowledge of stitch types, underlay techniques, pull compensation, density settings, and fabric‑specific requirements across commercial production environments. /li liDemonstrated experience writing or owning digitization standards, quality acceptance criteria, or partner briefs — not just working within someone else's system, but building and maintaining one. /li liExperience engaging with digitization partners on quality — output assessment, standards enforcement, and performance improvement — as well as working with in‑house and outsourced production facilities on embroidery quality outcomes. /li liProven ability to build QA scorecards, audit frameworks, and defect tracking systems — skilled at translating visual quality outcomes into measurable, trackable KPIs.
/li liComfortable with data: reads performance dashboards, identifies trends, and uses data to support prioritisation and recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders. /li liExcellent English (written and spoken); experience working across international production networks; able to translate technical digitization constraints clearly for non‑technical audiences. /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liA global, inclusive team that’s as supportive as it is ambitious and serious about getting things done /li liAn opportunity to work remotely or in a modern and welcoming office in Riga /li liFlexible working hours (start your day as early as 8 am or as late as 11 AM) /li liPrivate health insurance /li li2 extra paid days off to focus on your mental or physical well‑being /li li1 extra paid day off to celebrate a Birthday or any other celebration of your choice /li liAccess to mentorship, internal meetups, and hackathons, both on‑site and online /li liFree and healthy lunch if you work from the Rīga office /li liDesign and order your own merch using our platforms with an employee discount /li liExciting team‑building events and parties you’ll never forget! /li /ul pFYUL is the engine that powers on‑demand commerce at global scale. /p pFormed in 2024 through the merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce, we bring together tech, talent, and infrastructure to help people turn ideas into beautiful products. /p pFrom solo creators to entertainment giants, FYUL powers merch that connects with millions, backed by advanced tech, premium production, and global reach. /p pWe’re a fast‑growing integral company working toward powering great brands, great experiences, and great people. /p pWe are an equal-opportunity workplace. We’re committed to diversity and inclusion and make hiring decisions based solely on qualifications, merit, and work experience. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
