The company manages and develops facilities across multiple regions, including the Nordics and Southern Europe, with a strong commitment to environmental performance, operational excellence and the energy transition. /ph3Job Description /h3ulliLead and manage end-to-end plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant performance across all production processes and utilities. /liliOversee commissioning, start-up, and ramp-up activities, ensuring a controlled transition into stable and optimised commercial operations. /liliDrive operational excellence through monitoring KPIs, analysing plant performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to maximise output and efficiency. /liliDefine and enforce maintenance strategies, coordinating preventive and corrective activities to ensure high asset reliability and minimal downtime. /liliEstablish strong operational frameworks including procedures, reporting, and compliance with health, safety,
