contract negotiations and final account settlements. /li liEnsure effective commercial governance and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle. /li liIdentify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies. /li liManage client relationships and support senior project leadership with commercial decision-making. /li liReview valuations, variations, claims and change management processes. /li liMaximise project profitability while maintaining excellent client satisfaction. /li liProvide regular commercial reporting to senior leadership. /li /ul h3Required Experience Background /h3 ul liProven experience as a bCommercial Manager or Senior Commercial Manager /b within a Tier 1 contractor or leading international contractor. /li liStrong background delivering bData Centre, Mission Critical, Industrial, Life Sciences or major building projects /b. /li liExcellent understanding of procurement, commercial management and contract administration. /li liStrong knowledge of NEC, FIDIC, JCT or equivalent forms of contract. /li liExperience managing commercial teams on large-scale construction projects. /li liStrong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline. /li liChartered status (MRICS or equivalent) is advantageous. /li liExcellent commercial and financial acumen. /li liStrong communication and leadership capabilities. /li liPrevious experience working on major European projects would be beneficial. /li /ul h3What’s On Offer /h3 ul libSalary: Up to €130,000 /b, depending on experience. /li liOpportunity to lead the commercial delivery of a flagship mission-critical project in Zaragoza. /li liJoin a leading international contractor with a substantial secured pipeline across Iberia. /li liLong-term career progression into senior commercial leadership roles. /li liComprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional development. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
