The role plays a key part in driving sell-through, reducing missed sales, and optimising inventory through structured allocation logic and automatic replenishment. /p h3What will the role entail? /h3 ul liOwn in-season allocation and replenishment across the retail network, ensuring optimal stock availability by store and cluster. /li liManage and continuously optimise automatic replenishment parameters (min/max, coverage, velocity).
/li liMonitor stock levels and proactively rebalance inventory through transfers and stock optimisation actions. /li liSupport initial allocations for new product launches and new store openings, coordinating with stakeholders. /li liCoordinate inbound and outbound warehouse movements in line with allocation priorities. /li liWork closely with Logistics and Retail Operations to ensure replenishment processes are executed accurately and on time. /li liAnticipate and resolve stock flow issues that may impact store performance. /li liTrack and report key allocation KPIs (sell-through, weeks of cover, stock-to-sales ratio, inventory turns). /li liIdentify risks and opportunities and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. /li liAct as a key point of contact between Store teams, Retail Merchandisers, Operations and Logistics. /li /ul h3Corporate benefits /h3 ul liGreat international working environment. /li liA exciting position in a strategic department. /li liDiscount on the brands of the Group. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li3 - 5+ years of experience in Allocation / Replenishment within fashion or lifestyle retail. /li liMinimum English level: C1.
