Reporting to the In‑Room Dining Manager, we are looking for an individual who can provide support in our In‑Room Dining department by planning, organizing, and directing the work of employees within the department while ensuring guest satisfaction.



/ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliThe ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts. /liliEnsure quality and timeliness of all food items, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience. /liliControl labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control. /liliAttend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments. /liliObserve physical condition of facilities and equipment in the In‑Room Dining area and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed. /liliAssist with training to the team when needed. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3pWe are looking for individuals who have one to two years previous experience in a line or supervisory position in Food Beverage. The position requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
