You'll gain exposure to portfolio planning, workplace operations, financial performance, vendor management, and employee experience initiatives while working closely with business stakeholders across the organization. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liSupport portfolio management activities and location strategy analysis /li liPartner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and upcoming workplace needs /li liMonitor portfolio and operational performance against budgets and plans /li liSupport the development and communication of workplace and location strategies /li liContribute to the oversight of physical security and workplace compliance requirements /li liReview workplace services and vendor performance, identifying opportunities for service and cost improvements /li liAnalyze workplace experience feedback and support actions that enhance employee experience /li liSupport day-to-day workplace and operational activities across the portfolio /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liWe are looking for individuals with strong potential who are excited to learn, solve problems, and make an impact. /li liCurrently enrolled in University doing a Degree or Masters program /li liDegree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering,
