With a strong focus on prevention and precision medicine, their platform empowers individuals and health professionals to make data-driven decisions based on an integrated view of each person’s biology and lifestyle. /p pWe’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bioinformatician who will help our Bioinformatician Team deploy and operate different systems and different data related to health. /p pThe successful candidate will be in charge of the specification and documentation of the new project features. In addition, they will develop new features, and write scripts for automation. /p pYou will be working together with the bioinformatician team, reporting directly to the Clinical Bioinformatics Director. /p h3Duties /h3 ul liMaintain, develop, and improve our deployment pipelines.



/li liManage and develop the storage process of health data. /li liApply upgrades and monitor our health data storage. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liExperience working in Linux environments (Unix tools, Bash scripting, SSH, Unix filesystem…). /li liExperience in scripting language (Python is preferred). /li liKnowledge of general genetics and genetic inheritance. /li liAcademic training in both Computer Sciences and Life Sciences (degree + master in course). /li liExperience using public databases (ClinVar, dbSNP, Reactome, OMIM, GO, PharmGKB, etc) will be valued. /li liProfessional working proficiency, written and spoken, both in Spanish and English. /li liSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liA full-time, Spain-based, 100% remote position. /li liContinuous learning in a company setting trends in the personalized healthcare field. /li liPossibility of versátil working hours and hybrid / remote work.
