You will support the full bid lifecycle, from tender opportunity identification and tender document review through proposal preparation, coordination of contributors and final submission, ensuring compliance, quality and timely delivery. /p h3Role accountabilities: /h3 ul liCoordinate and support the entire tender process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of technical, administrative and commercial documentation. /li liReview and analyse tender documentation, specifications, contractual requirements and client instructions for both public and private clients, identifying key obligations, risks and submission requirements. /li liOrganise, prioritise and manage multiple bid requests simultaneously, coordinating activities across different opportunities, deadlines and stakeholders. /li liSupport bid/no-bid assessments and contribute to tender planning and strategy discussions. /li liCoordinate internal contributors (technical teams, project managers, commercial teams and support functions) to obtain the information required for proposal development. /li liPrepare, compile and quality-check tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards. /li liAnalyse and summarise technical information, translating complex project inputs into clear, structured and client-focused proposal content.



/li liMaintain document control and organised file management throughout the bidding process. /li liProvide support to the Commercial Enablement and Business Development teams with bid-related information, reporting and data management. /li liSupport the continuous improvement of bidding processes, tools, templates and knowledge-sharing practices. /li liMonitor tender KPIs and maintain bid databases for reporting and performance tracking. /li liEnsure consistency, quality and punctual delivery of all proposal submissions. /li liWork effectively within an international and multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with local and general teams. /li liDemonstrate strong ownership, organisation and prioritisation skills across multiple concurrent opportunities. /li liAdopt and promote the Arcadis Way and Arcadis core values in day-to-day activities. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience: /h3 ul liDegree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or another technical discipline. /li liPrevious experience as a Tender Officer, Bid Coordinator, Bid Manager or Proposal Specialist. Candidates with experience in engineering, construction, architecture or consultancy environments, including the preparation and coordination of public and private tenders, review of tender documentation and management of multidisciplinary proposal submissions, will be particularly valued. /li liProficiency in English and Spanish is required. Portuguese is not mandatory but would be considered a valuable asset. /li /ul h3Expected Skills: /h3 ul liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. /li liStrong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
