Our mission is to help customers improve their health, well‑being and sense of security, supported by a whole‑health approach that focuses on resilience, reduced stress and emotional health. /p h3Roles Responsibilities /h3 pAs an Operations Representative on the Life Protection Solutions team you will: /p ul liProcess incoming insurance claims (e.g., travel, temporary work incapacity) and be the first point of contact for clients, policyholders, and insurance partners. /li liManage reporting data to internal and external stakeholders and support team’s technical experts. /li liAssess and process claims based on policy conditions, acting as the hub between medical advisors, claimants, clients’ HR departments, and other parties to ensure accurate handling. /li liMaintain professional relationships with clients and third parties, handling files in a manner that best serves claimants and clients. /li liFill out claim data accurately and report findings to finance, client managers, and other necessary parties. /li liAnswer general questions about policy conditions via email and phone in multiple languages.
