you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by: /p ul liCollaborating with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies. /li liHosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM. /li liCollaborating and leading diverse and disparate teams through the implementation, liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations. /li liActively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry‑leading methods and assets. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience Requirements /h3 ul liPrior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on‑premise or cloud‑based platforms. /li liAbility to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions. /li liAnalytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, thriving in a diverse, dynamic environment and meeting deadlines despite conflicting demands. /li liExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to clearly articulate complex messages and requirements. /li liBachelor’s degree or equivalent. /li liFluency in English. /li /ul h3Set Yourself Apart /h3 ul liStrong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM workstream. /li liExperience with Workday’s Data Migration tools and Security framework. /li liUp‑to‑date Workday HCM certification. /li liAdditional Workday certifications (e.g., Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent Performance). /li liMid‑level Workday experience. /li liOther up‑to‑date Workday certifications. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
