As Lead AI Engineer, you define Roche Diagnostics' AI blueprint and drive enterprise-grade GenAI capabilities. You will architect multi-agent systems, govern LLM workflows, and orchestrate data and tools across global teams. Your work enables smarter pricing, market access, and customer engagement at scale while ensuring safety and compliance. You collaborate with executives to translate complex challenges into robust AI software that saves lives. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role at the frontier of healthcare AI.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define the enterprise blueprint for the Commercial GenAI platform and multi-agent orchestration
• Evaluate and drive adoption of advanced agentic paradigms and orchestration architectures
• Establish global LLMOps and Agent-Ops standards, including benchmarking and guardrails




• Partner with executives and compliance to translate business problems into agent-driven software
• Mentor engineers across global hubs to build a world-class AI practice

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years architecting and scaling Generative AI/LLM workflows in production
• Proven orchestration experience with state-management in agentic networks
• Expertise in microservices, secure API orchestration, semantic routing, and xqbhyrx cloud-native scaling
• Experience with vector search, graph databases (Neo4j), and hybrid retrieval
• Ability to design evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic AI systems
• Experience in regulated industries and strong understanding of AI safety and data privacy
