In this role you will lead the development and validation of repair procedures and tooling for unplanned maintenance on wind turbines. You will document lessons learned, support safety validation, and operate across cross-functional teams to mature repair capabilities. The position emphasizes thorough documentation (design reviews, procedures, and standard work) with hands-on testing of tooling and processes. You will influence engineering decisions and ensure safe, effective repairs at scale.

• Design, develop and validate repair procedures meeting customer and business requirements; prove out safety and functionality
• Lead initial validation and beta period of tooling/process products with cross-functional teams
• Create and maintain project plans for repair initiatives
• Develop, test and validate repair/replacement procedures via modeling,



prototyping and wind turbine head assemblies
• Identify and articulate tooling requirements and ensure safe installation, operation and disassembly
• Own the design of innovative repair solutions while adhering to engineering standards
• Follow Design Review Process and document procedures (eDRB, PLM, FMEAs, WDIs, Handoff Packages)
• Maintain awareness of group efforts to capture lessons learned and align with customer/program needs

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil or equivalent)
• willingness to travel globally 10-20%
• ability to climb wind turbines and work at heights
