Our high level of professionalism and commitment drives continuous research to improve efficiency and sustainability, always in strict compliance with the law and aligned with the highest ethical standards. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Project Execution Activities /h3 ul liDevelop and update Procurement Contracting Conditions packages to address evolving market needs and project requirements. /li liDraft, review, and maintain corporate Procurement-related agreements and contractual templates. /li liSupport Procurement teams in the implementation of contracting conditions, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and best practices. /li liReview, assess, and negotiate vendor / provider deviations from Procurement Contracting Conditions, identifying contractual, commercial, and risk implications. /li liProvide training and guidance on Procurement Contracting Conditions and contractual matters. /li liAdvise on contractual queries, deviations from standard conditions, and risk allocation. /li liSupport the resolution of contractual issues, disputes, and clarifications related to Procurement Contracting Conditions and Purchase Orders throughout the project lifecycle. /li /ul h3Supervision,



Monitoring and Coordination Activities /h3 ul liSupervise and coordinate personnel involved in the preparation, review, and implementation of Procurement Contracting Conditions, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery. /li liSupervise the contract flow-down of Client and Project conditions to the Procurement Contracting Conditions. /li liAllocate and manage resources across activities, providing oversight and technical direction to team members. /li liSupervise and coordinate personnel to evaluate and align vendor deviations, ensuring consistency with project requirements and risk mitigation strategies. /li liSupport personnel during negotiation with vendors. /li liEnsure alignment of contractual requirements across all disciplines and throughout the project lifecycle. /li /ul h3PROFILE REQUIRED /h3 ul liMaster's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar. /li liMaster's in Law desirable. /li li10 years' experience in contract management. /li li10 years' experience in procurement (contract level). /li liExperience in Power, Oil Gas and Energy Transition EPC sector. /li liExperience in drafting and negotiating contracts. /li liExperience in making contractual back-to-back. /li liFast‑paced environment, must be adaptable and have the ability to mediate for reconciling positions of different interests. /li liAbility to re‑establish priorities as necessary. /li liStrong attention to detail and highly organized. /li liStrong problem‑solving skills. /li liStrong leadership skills. /li liStrong influencing skills. /li /ul pAdvanced knowledge of MS Office. /p pHigh level of written and spoken English and Spanish. /p h3We are offering /h3 ul liCompetitive salary depending on level of experience. /li liFirst level international Projects (within oilGas and Energy) /li liMultidiscipline and multicultural environment /li liFlexible timetable from Monday to Friday (remote work 2 days per week) /li /ul pWe offer specific adaptation of the job for people with a Disability Certificate of 33% or higher. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
