Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape and grow Zurich’s Cyber portfolio as a senior member of the Global Specialty Cyber team. You will combine deep underwriting expertise with strong business sense to drive profitable, sustainable growth while maintaining high risk quality. You’ll lead complex Cyber/Tech PI risks, mentor colleagues, and influence cross‑functional stakeholders. The position offers exposure to markets and a culture that values diversity, learning, and flexible work arrangements.

• Lead and execute the cyber underwriting plan with pricing discipline and portfolio optimization
• Underwrite complex and high-value Cyber/Tech PI risks following appetite and governance frameworks
• Utilize data and market insights to inform decisions and support product and underwriting innovation
• Build and maintain strong broker/customer relationships as a trusted contact
• Collaborate with Head of Cyber and leadership to shape underwriting strategy
• Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to less experienced colleagues
• Coordinate with claims, actuarial, portfolio management, operations, and senior leaders to manage priorities




• Support continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and new tools/processes

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience as Cyber and/or Tech PI Underwriter or Broker with track record of profitable growth
• Deep understanding of Cyber/Tech PI exposures, controls, coverages, and trends
• Strong technical underwriting skills with emphasis on risk quality and governance
• Strong business and financial acumen, including Pu0026L understanding and portfolio performance impact
• Experience across different market cycles and ability to adapt trading strategies
• Demonstrated ability to drive results, own targets, and contribute to planning
• Experience in leadership, coaching, or mentoring others
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and collaborate across teams
