If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. /p h3About The Role /h3 pAs an bIncoming Case Coordinator /b, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience to our global corporate clients and brokers. Acting as the first point of contact for incoming requests, you will ensure efficient task coordination, accurate triaging of client inquiries, and smooth payment processing activities. /p pYou will be responsible for reviewing and assessing client requests, identifying the appropriate course of action, and routing tasks to the relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate execution. In addition, you will support payment allocation, account statement inquiries, and premium booking processes, contributing directly to operational excellence and client satisfaction. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liServe as a central coordination point for incoming client and broker requests, ensuring timely handling and clear communication. /li liReview incoming emails and documentation, assess requirements, and distinguish between new transactions, amendments, and general inquiries. /li liAssign and route tasks to the appropriate Operations teams to ensure efficient processing and excellent service delivery. /li liAccurately process and allocate client payments in line with business requirements and support payment reconciliation activities. /li liInvestigate and resolve payment discrepancies or escalade issues where required. /li liSupport clients with account statements and payment‑related inquiries while maintaining a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism. /li liSupport the issuance and administration of bonds and guarantees for the DACH region. /li liCollaborate closely with Operations teams across multiple markets and locations to ensure smooth task coordination and service delivery. /li liBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and business partners.



/li /ul h3About The Team /h3 pThe Surety Europe Operations team is responsible for the local issuance of bonds and guarantees across Europe, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of surety transactions. The Surety Europe Team is a growing and dynamic international team closely collaborating with Surety business unit. Driven by strong customer orientation and service excellence, we support profitable business growth while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. /p pOur team operates across several European locations, including Germany and Spain, offering a multicultural and collaborative work environment. /p h3Essential About You /h3 ul liCompleted commercial education preferably banking specialist or bachelor studies in economics or international trade or job experience equivalent to the related fields. /li liFirst experience in Trade Finance or in the bank area. /li liPrevious experience in a client-facing role preferably in a finance environment. /li liStrong communication skills in both English and German (written and spoken). /li liDemonstrate good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office especially Excel. /li liStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks. /li liHigh attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience with trade finance transaction processing or credit insurance products or similar role involving task management. /li liExperience in payment allocation and reconciliation. /li liAdditional language skills, particularly French or Italian. /li liFamiliarity with workflow or task management systems. /li liExperience working within an international and cross-functional environment. /li /ul h3Role /h3 pFor Spain the annual base salary range for this position is between EUR 27 000 and EUR 45 000 (for a full‑time role). The specific salary offered considers:
