providing guidance and support as they work to develop and launch successful products. /liliCollaborate with the VP of Product to ensure that product initiatives are aligned with the company's overall strategic goals and vision. /liliEnsure customer needs are taken into account in the product definition process. /liliStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and bring new ideas to the table to help drive innovation and product excellence. /liliFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Product Management team, and across the wider organization. /li /ulpstrongWhat You Bring /strong /pulliExperience working in a integral, multi-cultural environment, and managing products that are used by customers in multiple countries. /liliStrong leadership and team management skills. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. /liliStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions. /liliExperience managing a team of Product Managers or Product Owners. /liliExperience working with Agile development methodologies, and a deep understanding of product development lifecycles.
