ppWe are looking for a bElectrical Superintendent based in our Madrid offices /b, with availability bto relocate to the United States /b for a project to be carried out in Kentucky. /p h3Overview of the Position /h3 pMision: /p h3Main Functions /h3 ul liSupport the Construction Manager during the negotiation and closing of electrical assembly subcontracts. Validate the technical and media training of the different subcontractors submitting bids. /li liDefine sequence and work areas. /li liDefine the distribution of supervisors and the contracts to be controlled by each one of them. /li liReview progress reports and incidents reported by supervisors. /li liDeal with the subcontractors responsible for the possible incidents that may occur. /li liSupervise the invoicing of the different subcontractors and give approval prior to approval by the Const. Manager. /li liTo control the arrival of the electrical material to the site, and to send/supervise possible incidences with the purchasing/logistic department. /li liControl that the progress of the works is in accordance with the contract schedule and reinforce the necessary works in case of delays. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar. /p pHigher Degree.
