In this role you ensure quality across the product lifecycle through manual testing within agile, cross-functional teams. You design and execute tests, validate requirements, and coordinate with the offshore automation team to translate manual scenarios into automation-ready specs. You’ll actively log defects, maintain traceability and contribute to process improvements, supporting audit and compliance needs. This is a hands-on role that connects business insight with quality engineering to enable reliable IT solutions at scale.

• Design, document and execute manual test cases across functional, integration, regression and UAT testing
• Act as liaison to the offshore test automation team in India; identify automation candidates and prepare automation-ready specs
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, requirements engineers and offshore automation team in agile setups
• Derive test scenarios from user stories and acceptance criteria to cover functional and non-functional requirements
• Log,



track and triage defects with developers and offshore colleagues; provide clear reproduction steps and timely resolution
• Maintain test documentation, traceability matrices and test evidence for audit/compliance
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and knowledge transfer between onshore and offshore teams

Responsabilidades
• Solid knowledge of manual software testing techniques (test design, execution, defect management)
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Xray, Zephyr, qTest, HP ALM) in agile environments
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; fluent xqbhyrx English; German a plus
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and practical use
• 2-3 years of professional experience as Test Analyst, QA Analyst or Manual Tester in IT/financial services
• Understanding of test automation concepts to collaborate effectively with automation teams
• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems or related field an advantage
