In this role you lead a comprehensive Workday implementation and evolve the HRIS landscape post go-live. You partner with HR, IT, and external integrators to deliver on scope, schedule, and quality, while enabling adoption through change management. After go-live, you own the HRIS product roadmap, backlog, upgrades, and continuous improvement, ensuring data quality and analytics enablement. You shape technology strategy to align with business goals and reduce external dependency over time. This is a mission-driven role at scale, driving lasting business value through a world-class HRIS platform.
