Noatum Logistics is a customer‑centric integral logistics operator providing integrated supply‑chain solutions across 26 countries. We are looking for a PRL Technician for our Barcelona office to develop, implement, and improve Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) programs in Spain and Portugal.

Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and supervise the company’s Health, Safety, Security, and Environment policies, procedures, and programs, in compliance with Spanish legislation and EU regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and authorities.
- Stay up‑to‑date with changes in HSSE legislation and best practices to ensure company compliance.




- Define the national HSSE strategy and ensure its implementation at each site.
- Contribute to and collaborate on HSSE audits and maintain adequate records in coordination with focal points.
- Support branch HSSE management systems in coordination with focal points.
- Serve as liaison with union representatives and safety committees.
- Promote the use of HSSE reporting tools and compliance with HSSE performance and KPIs.
- Design and deliver HSSE training programs for employees at all levels, including emergency response, first aid, ergonomics, and safe work practices.
- Promote a strong safety culture within the company through awareness campaigns, informational talks, and safety committees.
