Our goal is to provide our talented employees with diverse opportunities to expand their skills, knowledge, and experiences within our integral organization. /ph3About the role /h3ulliSitting at the intersection of business and engineering, Data Scientists work in several different capacities to improve the overall decision making capabilities at the company and connect people to the best and most relevant experiences. /liliYou will work closely with our stakeholders in business, product, and engineering to devise data-driven solutions to optimise the pricing of events in our marketplace. /liliYou will develop and maintain models to accurately estimate demand and price elasticity in order to maximise the long term value for our customers and Fever. /liliYou will analyse and exploit cross effects across products and contexts (e.g., box office, marketplace) to drive further optimisation opportunities. /liliYou will design, execute, and analyze experiments, leveraging statistics, econometric models, causal inference techniques to determine the true impact of pricing interventions. /liliYou will collaborate with our partners to devise the right solutions across domains (e.g., sports and live entertainment), to tackle diverse business problems and needs. /liliData Scientists also form a tight-knit group constantly looking to upskill and learn from each other, share best practices and learnt lessons and generally foster a culture of excellence. /liliThis is a highly visible role with a lot of potential to define the scope and strategy for this extremely important function.



You'll play a key role in taking Fever's already vibrant data culture to the next level. /li /ulh3On your first month in Fever: /h3ulliYou’ll be fully integrated into the team and you will meet some key partners on the engineering and business sides. /liliYou’ll be able to navigate our data assets. /liliYou’ll get familiar with Fever’s tech stack and frameworks. /liliYou’ll attend some of the Fever Original’s experiences like Candlelight. /li /ulh3After 3 months in Fever: /h3ulliYou'll understand the full business context at Fever and will be able to identify key challenges where your skills can eventually make a difference. /liliYou'll have already contributed significantly to advance a challenging Data Science project. /liliYou’ll participate in some of the hackdays or hackathons we organize with other teams. /li /ulh3On your 6th month in Fever: /h3ulliYou'll have established yourself as a sought-after collaborator by our business and engineering partners. /liliYou’ll be mentoring other new joiners to the team and be an active contributor to the data science and analytics community at Fever, promoting best practices and fresh ideas to make the whole community more efficient. /liliYou’ll have significant input in the planning of the Data Science org and will also be able to influence our partners' roadmaps. /li /ulh3About you /h3ulliYou have solid math, statistics and Machine Learning fundamentals (typically MSc or PhD level). /liliYou have a strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling including regression, econometric models, time series analysis and forecasting. /liliYou are a master of common data and ML tools (e.g. SQL, Pandas, Numpy, …). /liliYou can build both quick prototypes and robust analysis and modeling pipelines. /liliYou can work effectively with data engineers, analysts,
