Key Responsibilities Lead to Win: Drive your team to hit KPIs like
conversion rates, cross-selling, and revenue targets. ? Be the
Coach: Conduct regular call listening and 1-to-1 sessions to
develop sales techniques and objection handling. ? Daily
Management: Handle schedules, holiday requests, and absenteeism in
collaboration with planning teams. ? Operational Excellence: Manage




workloads and queues to meet service level agreements. ⚙️
Incentivize: Prepare monthly incentives to keep motivation
sky-high! ? Collaborate: Work closely with Training, Quality, and
HR to constantly improve our processes. ? Your profile Language
Star: Native Dutch or Flemish, plus a high level of English and
Spanish ?️. Proven Leader: At least 2 years of experience leading
sales teams in target-driven environments. Tech-Savvy: Expert in
Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Power BI. Multitasker:
