We are looking for candidates to join a strategic project within the insurance sector, focused on developing and enhancing enterprise software solutions and integrations. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liAct as the intermediary between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams, ensuring clear communication of business needs, priorities, and delivery objectives /li liGather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements, translating them into well-defined user stories, process flows, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria /li liWork closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of features aligned with business objectives /li liPerform data analysis, data mappings, and support the design of integration and data exchange processes between enterprise applications /li liCollaborate with stakeholders to define business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment between business and technical solutions /li liMaintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals, business priorities, and timelines /li liParticipate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, Refinements, and Retrospectives, providing valuable insights and driving continuous improvement /li liSupport testing activities including data validation, API testing, end-to-end integration testing, UAT, and defect analysis /li liMonitor project risks, dependencies,



and delivery progress, proactively escalating issues when needed /li liEnsure that all product and project documentation is up to date and clearly communicated to relevant teams /li liProvide regular status updates and facilitate communication across cross-functional and international stakeholder groups /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring Along /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Informatics or similar field of study or equivalent working experience is required /li li5+ years demonstrable experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or BA/PM hybrid role /li liStrong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools /li liExperience in writing and managing user stories, epics, process flows, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria /li liStrong SQL and data analysis skills with the ability to validate business requirements and data transformations /li liExperience working with system integrations, APIs, ETL processes, or file-based data exchange solutions /li liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility /li liSAFe or Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO, SAFe POPM, Entry Certificate in Business Analysis - ECBA - IIBA) are nice to have /li liKnowledge of software development processes and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams /li liExperience with testing activities including API testing, end-to-end integration testing, UAT, defect analysis and data validation /li liExperience insurance, banking, or another complex industry domain /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders /li liExcellent command of both spoken and written English /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
