It is recognized for the design of sports venues, large-scale urban developments and complex architectural projects worldwide. /p pWe are currently looking for a BIM Manager (Revit) with 2–5 years of relevant experience in BIM to join our "BIM Innovation team" in Madrid. /p pThis role is idóneo for someone passionate about BIM, digital workflows and emerging technologies in architecture, who wants to contribute to the development of innovative design processes and high-quality BIM delivery across international projects. /p h3Job Description /h3 h3Your Role /h3 pAs part of the "BIM Innovation team", you will work closely with project teams to implement BIM standards, coordinate models and develop advanced digital workflows across multiple projects. /p pYou will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm’s BIM strategy and digital tools, helping to shape the future of how we design and deliver architecture. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pWithin the assigned project or projects: /p ul liBEP negotiation, creation and maintenance of the CDE (Autodesk Forma) /li liCreation and quality assurance of models (reference structure, coordinate system, parameters, etc.)



/li liBIM coordination across disciplines and quality control of own models /li liMIDP management and deliverables /li liISO 19650 compliance and audit support /li /ul pAs a member of the studio's BIM team: /p ul liSupport in the definition, implementation and maintenance of the studio's BIM standards /li liTraining and guidance for teams on the use of BIM tools /li liProcess improvements and implementation of automations within the BIM environment. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Architecture or a related field /li li2–5 years of professional experience in architectural project development /li liStrong experience working with Revit and BIM methodologies /li liKnowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards /li liExperience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM teams /li liKnowledge of Dynamo, Revit API or workflow automation is a plus /li liExperience with Rhinoceros and Grasshopper is highly valued /li liExperience with Navisworks and clash detection processes /li liInterest in digital innovation, computational design and AI applied to architecture /li liAdvanced English /li liAvailability for occasional travel /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
