Requirements

Research Field Other Education Level PhD or equivalent

- PhD in a discipline related to sciences.
- Statistical Modeling: Good knowledge of ANOVA, hurdle and zero-inflated models, logistic regression, GLMs/GLMMs, GAMs, Bayesian analysis.
- Data Science and ML: Experience applying CNNs and predictive models, dimensionality reduction (PCA, PCoA, RDA) and PERMANOVA.
- Software and Programming: Solid skills in R, Python, Bash, SQL, Git, and Docker.



Analysis and handling of complex datasets.
- Project management, strong cross-team communication skills, participation as an author in scientific publications, and collaboration in international environments.
