Role Overview

The Data Science & AI Graduate at PepsiCo’s Vittoria - Digital Hub, Spain provides recent graduates with the opportunity to work on live DA&AI; projects across diverse verticals, including:

- Data science & AI
- Machine learning

This role is designed to give students real‑world exposure to cutting‑edge technologies , helping them develop critical skills and laying the foundation for future careers at PepsiCo.

Responsibilities

- Work on real‑time projects under guidance of mentors
- Support design, development, and testing of technology solutions
- Assist in analyzing requirements and documenting solutions
- Collaborate with integral teams on project modules
- Research and develop statistical and machine learning models
- Implement algorithms in Python and perform experiments to validate that the models are fit for purpose
- Build scalable data science pipelines

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

- A Bachelor or Master degree in STEM (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or other related majors may be considered)
- Technology related experience a plus
- Ability to learn new technologies and process information quickly
- Ability to adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Qualifications

- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree prior to the intended full‑time start date
- This position is limited to persons with right to work in Spain

Core Skills We Need

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Solid foundation in programming (Python, PySpark & SQL)
- Basic understanding of databases and querying
- Teamwork and communication skills
