looking for an Icelandic-speaking Customer Service Representative
to deliver premium assistance to users, resolving inquiries and
providing world-class support. Key Responsibilities: Manage
incoming queries from Icelandic-speaking customers via digital
channels and telephone. Resolve booking discrepancies, guide users
through platform features, and process account updates. Document
customer interactions accurately within the CRM system. Collaborate
with internal teams to escalate complex technical or administrative
issues. Requirements: Professional or native fluency in Icelandic ,




complemented by working proficiency in English. Strong
communication skills with an empathetic and patient approach to
customer needs. Good computer literacy and adaptability to new
