Job Description:- Launch monthly routine, on mid term horizon.- Evaluate the programs and production requirements, including recovery plans.- Define associated production scenarii based on plant calendar and all resources availability.- Propose the best solution to meet the programs/plants requirements using production scenarii achieved.- Prepare and participate or lead the Master Production meetings involving all the stakeholders.- Obtain the commitments and to challenge attendees not to postpone the planning every time.- Build, update and analyze KPIs measuring production plan execution and deliveries,
