and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives /li liCoordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls /li liMonitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out /li liMaintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before after photos, and treatment records /li liUphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care /li liSupport the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you.
