If you’re someone who can imagine, plan, direct, and lead — not just deliver tasks — this could be the role that brings all your creative experience together. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liDeveloping story-led ideas for campaigns, ads, and branded content /li liPlanning shoots, storyboarding, and directing content (on-site or remotely) /li liCollaborating with videographers, actors, and creatives across Spain, Ireland, and beyond /li liLeading a team of editors and creatives — giving clear direction and vision /li liWorking closely with sales, marketing, design, and content to keep messaging aligned /li liOverseeing production from concept to final edit — including rollout where needed /li liUsing AI and creative tools to improve process, speed, and idea generation /li liProducing ads, social videos, brand content, testimonials, internal videos, and more /li liHelping build the full video campaign system as we scale /li /ul h3This Role Is For Someone Who Has /h3 ul liStrong experience creating video content for ads, social media, and brand campaigns /li liA proven ability to lead creative direction, storytelling,
