Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index. /p h3Your Mission /h3 pWe are looking for an Accounting Reporting Manager in Barcelona to oversee the month‑end closing and audit processes for our legal entities in Italy, Portugal, Spain and Poland, leading a team of 4–6 accountants, ensuring the meeting of reporting deadlines and complying with internal and external policies as well as with local tax regulations and requirements of the countries. You will also lead analysis to explain performance vs. our Business Plan and supervise monthly reconciliations for both PL and BS. /p pYou will closely work with our local, regional and HQ finance teams to propose and implement initiatives to enhance current processes and to contribute to the overall success of our organization. /p h3The Journey /h3 ul liSupervise the Purchase to pay process during the month‑end closing process of 22 countries – Glovo Group. /li liSupport with disclosures related to PtP for accurate and timely Statutory Financial Statements and Reports. /li liLead a team of 3–6 accountants from the local and international markets. /li liPartner with local accounting teams to harmonize the Purchase to pay process across Glovo group. /li liReview and approve monthly reconciliations related to PtP accounts BS and PL. /li liEnsure all accounting/financial policies and procedures related to PtP are adopted in line with prevailing legislation. /li liProactively map PtP process improvements and drive planning, execution and implementation. /li liActively participate in the implementation of local ERPs and other finance projects related to PtP. /li liPrepare ad hoc analysis to support explaining deviations of the PL vs. Business Plan.



/li liAdapt quickly to changes in company policy, tax regulations and legislation. /li liCollaborate with the FinOps team to align the accounting flow with business. /li /ul h3What You Will Bring to the Ride /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree from related departments (Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, etc.). /li li8+ years of applicable work experience in Accounting for multinational companies. /li liExperience in bpeople management /b positions. /li liFluent in bEnglish /b with the ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively (both written and oral). /li liExperience with general ledger functions and the month‑end/year‑end closing processes, specifically with Accruals, Provisions, Accounts payable and Legal Contingencies. /li liStrong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. /li liGood understanding and experience of bGenerally Accepted Accounting Principles /b (GAAP/IFRS). /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet. /li liExperience using SAP S4/HANA, Microsoft Dynamics and OneStream is a plus. /li liExperience with ERP migration is a plus. /li liProject Management experience is a plus. /li liStrong analytical skills. /li liExcellent attention to detail and accuracy. /li liStrong communication skills and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to work effectively as part of a team. /li /ul pIndividuals representing diverse profiles, band abilities, /b encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
