Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining high-quality service. Requirements Portuguese (C1 or native) and English (C1). Strong written communication skills. Good critical thinking and decision-making abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic PC skills and typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
