ph3Job Summary /h3 pWe are looking for a Graphic Designer to support working as an embedded resource within the client’s ecosystem. /p pThis role focuses on the creation, development, and execution of high-volume, template-driven design assets across digital and print formats, ensuring consistency with Amazon’s brand guidelines. /p pThe designer will work directly with the client’s US-based production team, receiving briefs and delivering assets within a structured workflow environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and develop master templates for recurring assets (banners, presentations, internal materials) /li liProduce and adapt final design deliverables based on provided briefs /li liExecute layout design using pre-existing assets (copy, imagery, brand elements) /li liEnsure strict adherence to Amazon brand guidelines /li liLocalize designs for different EMEA markets and languages /li liWork on a mix of: ul liDigital assets (banners, internal communications, presentations) /li liPrint materials (POS, basic print layouts) /li /ul /li liCollaborate directly with US-based production teams (Los Angeles) /li liManage feedback cycles and implement design refinements and iterations /li liDeliver assets autonomously within agreed timelines /li /ul h3Role Characteristics /h3 ul liHigh-volume, low-complexity design execution /li liStrong focus on consistency, speed, and accuracy /li liMix of: ul liCreating templates from scratch /li liAdapting and updating existing ones /li liPeriods of high activity alternating with low workload /li /ul /li liMinimal day-to-day supervision — requires self-management and reliability /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 h3Core Skills /h3 ul liSolid foundation in graphic design and layout principles /li liStrong ability to create clean, structured, visually appealing layouts /li liExperience working with brand guidelines /li liAbility to design both: ul liDigital formats /li liPrint formats (CMYK, InDesign basics)
