This role acts as a senior functional HR expert, translating People policies, labour-law requirements, and operational needs into scalable system solutions. It safeguards process integrity, data quality, and compliance across the end-to-end employee lifecycle. The role partners closely with People, IT, Payroll, and Finance to enable consistent global People operations.
