In this team,you’llhelp build a culturethat’snot just creating batteries — but shaping thefuture of work. /p pAs the bLabour Relations and Employment Law Expert /b at bPowerCo /b, you will support and enhance the company's labor relations framework and employment law compliance. Your role is crucial in researching, analyzing, and providing legal opinions on labor-related matters, participating in negotiations, and offering legal guidance on various employment issues, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. /p pIn your day-to-day, you will: /p ul liConduct research and analysis on labor-related topics, providing legal opinions and recommendations based on applicable laws and jurisprudence. /li liProvide legal guidance on interpreting and enforcing terms within labor contracts. /li liActively participate in negotiations with unions and workers' representatives, collaborating with the labor relations team to integrate legal considerations. /li liAssist in Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, offering guidance and support.



/li liProvide legal assistance in disciplinary actions, terminations, and other employment-related matters. /li liPrepare reports and documentation on labor-related topics to aid in decision-making. /li /ul h3What you bring to the team /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liVocational Training or a bBachelor’s degree /b in Labor Relations, Law or a related field, preferably with a focus or specialization in Human Resources. /li /ul h3Professional Experience /h3 ul libMinimum of 3-5 years /bof progressive experience in Labor Relations, Law and Human Resources, ideally in a strategic or business‑partnering capacity. /li liProven knowledge of bSpanish Law /band bLabor Relations in Spain /b. /li liStrong bCommunication /b and bAdaptability /b abilities /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul libFluent in English and Spanish /b, both written and spoken. Experience working in international environments is a strong asset. /li /ul pbWillingness to work in Sagunto /b.
