ppDescripción del trabajo About the Role We are looking for an Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our real estate portfolio and retail expansion activities. and basic reporting. /liliProvide administrative and logistical support to expansion projects, coordinating with legal, marketing, and design/construction teams as needed. /liliPrepare reports, presentations, and updates on partner engagement and portfolio status for the team. /liliMaintain organized records and documentation related to properties, contracts, and ongoing projects. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree (or currently completing) in Business Management, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. /lili2-4 years of experience in real estate, retail, operations, or a related area (internship experience valued). /liliGood organizational skills and attention to detail. /liliBasic understanding of budgets and financial tracking. /liliGood communication skills, comfortable liaising with external partners. /liliProficiency in Excel and general office tools. /liliAvailability for occasional travel. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
