Turner Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.br/Please visit our website: /p pTurner Townsend is looking for a Senior Contract Manager to be based in the bGijón /b area, playing a key role in the management and administration of complex projects within our growing portfolio. /p ul liContract management experience across the full lifecycle of large energy projects, including change and claims management. /li liDevelop and define tender and contract strategies in collaboration with key business functions to ensure all organisational requirements are met. Monitor supply chain developments and provide regular market intelligence updates, highlighting potential risks to the critical path at an early stage. /li liSupport the development of PQQs, tender documentation, evaluation criteria, and scopes of work,



as well as the evaluation of proposals for FEED and EPCI packages. /li liManage commercial and contractual matters in close collaboration with procurement and legal teams. Proactively manage contracts and lead claim negotiations, including the resolution of disputes. /li liDemonstrate strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Maintain comprehensive records to support the assessment of contract variations in line with contractual provisions. /li liEnsure contract compliance throughout the lifecycle, including monitoring deliverables, managing variations and claims, and resolving disputes. /li liConduct data analysis and reporting, including collecting and collating data for forecasting, planning, and record-keeping purposes. /li liCommunicate contract status clearly to key stakeholders, including senior leadership. Monitor contracted scope of work and report any variances /li liBuild, maintain, and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders. /li /ul ul li7+ years’ contract management experience within major capital programs /li liUniversity degreein relevant subject area e.g., project management, engineering, supply chain, procurement, quantity surveying, business, or related disciple /li liContract management experience throughout the life cycle of projectsincluding contract change management and contract claim management.
