In this role, you will support the successful installation, commissioning, and start-up of process equipment and complete production systems for customers across the food and beverage industry. /ppYou will work closely with project managers, process engineers, automation teams, customers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. /ppThis is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working on international projects and is open to extensive travel. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliExecute installation, commissioning, qualification, and start-up activities for process plants and equipment. /liliPerform Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and support Performance Qualification (PQ). /liliTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, thermal, and instrumentation issues during commissioning. /liliConfigure instrumentation, control systems, and process equipment. /liliSupport first production runs and optimize process parameters. /liliDeliver customer training on plant operation and maintenance. /liliPrepare commissioning documentation, reports, and technical records. /liliCollaborate with Project Managers, Automation Engineers, Process Engineers, suppliers, and customers throughout project execution. /liliEnsure compliance with Health, Safety Environmental (HSE)



standards at all times. /liliParticipate in project reviews, progress reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliSupport site coordination activities and, depending on project requirements, take responsibilities as a Commissioning Team Leader or Site Manager. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or a related discipline. /liliMinimum b4 years /b of experience in Process Engineering, Installation, or Commissioning. /liliExperience working within the bFood Beverage /b or Process Industry. /liliStrong understanding of commissioning activities, plant start-up, and process validation. /liliExperience with process equipment including pumps, valves, heat exchangers, instrumentation, and control systems. /liliStrong troubleshooting skills covering mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English. /liliWillingness to travel extensively (bapproximately 80% /b) across EMEA and occasionally APAC. /li /ulh3Preferred Skills /h3ulliExperience with pasteurization, sterilization, CIP, dairy, liquid processing, or powder processing technologies.
