/liliPlanning and Facilitating Learning Experiences: /liliLiaise with relevant partners to plan and organize learning experience implementation using various methods, including in-person sessions, virtual classrooms, role-playing, and blended learning approaches. /liliPlan and facilitate monthly brand immersion sessions for new employees in Spain / Portugal region. /liliPlan and facilitate sales and customer experience learning that enables our sales teams to develop skills and expertise needed to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences. /liliPlan and facilitate product knowledge training incorporating storytelling. /liliPlan and facilitate learning experiences for career development and managerial skills. /liliUse various methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences. /liliEvaluation and Feedback: /liliMonitor learning experience impact, collecting participant and stakeholder feedback to provide the Learning Experience Snr.
