ppJob Description: /pulliResponsible for leading and coordinating all the activities included in the programs under its scope from initiation, planning, execution, development monitoring and the closure as well. /liliEnsures the content and the overall strategy of the programs under its scope are aligned with the main guidelines defined from the organization. /liliEnsures the programs are defined and deployed in accordance to the customer’s technical specifications, being the responsible for contract fulfillment. /liliResponsible for defining and overseeing budget associated to the programs and ensuring continuous costs deviation control and securing initial financial margin is not degraded. /liliSecures the creation of the Integrated project baseline, as well as monitoring and control against this baseline (schedule, scope, WBS/WPs and resources, risk assessment etc.). /liliResponsible for the correct organization of the team. /liliEnsures program delivery on quality, on time and on cost, aiming at customer’s satisfaction. /liliProvides program visibility in the program line management by reporting to the program line team leader on overall project’s progress (program’s critical KPIs, hot topics, strong and weak points, EAC). /liliEnsures the coordination and visibility between programs and the different domains or support areas involved, guarantying the resolution or escalation of critical blocking points.
