The role ensures accurate time tracking, policy configuration, and compliance with labor laws. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliConfigure time tracking systems including shifts, schedules, and overtime rules. /liliDesign and implement leave accrual and absence of management policies. /liliManage integrations with payroll and HR modules to ensure data accuracy. /liliPerform data migration, system testing, and validation of time and attendance records. /liliSupport post-implementation monitoring, issue resolution, and process improvement. /liliEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations.
