and Safety (EHS) programs across QTS Data Centers. This role requires a proactive approach to developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS initiatives while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The EHS Manager is pivotal in fostering a culture of safety and awareness throughout the organization. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES, Other Duties As Assigned /h3 ul liDevelop and implement EHS policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all QTS data center employees. /li liEnsure regulatory compliance across all EHS programs. /li liConduct and review audits of EHS programs, making recommendations for improvement. /li liMaintain environmental permits and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. /li liInvestigate and analyze incident reports involving work‑related injuries and illnesses and recommend preventive measures. /li liIdentify operational EHS and sustainability risks, analyze their potential business impact, and develop programs to mitigate them. /li liAssess EHS training needs and ensure the provision of necessary workforce training activities. /li liLead the site EHS champions in the successful implementation of EHS programs. /li liOversee the preparation and submission of regulatory documents. Set, manage, and track corporate‑wide EHS goals. /li liEstablish a performance dashboard highlighting key EHS indicators. /li liFoster a culture of EHS awareness and drive safety performance throughout the organization. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in EHS technical, business‑related field, or equivalent professional experience. /li liEight or more years of experience in an EHS role, preferably within a mission‑critical environment. /li liCertifications from Board of Certified Safety Professionals or equivalent, or ability to obtain within two years.
