we have worked for prestigious & high-volume events, from Corporate events (Microsoft, Cisco, SAP), to B2B professional events (Mobile World Congress, Websummit, ISE) to large Medical Congresses & Exhibitions (CPHI, EASL) and sporting events & festivals (Roland Garros).

Your responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with hotels, whilst negotiating and contracting rooms for large events in Barcelona and across EMEA with the fairest conditions available for the event organiser.
- Draw up proposals and quotes adapted to the needs of participants.
- Sending of commercial proposals.
- Dealing with clients' requests (groups or individuals).




- Resolve participants' problems in conjunction with partners.
- Draw up contracts.
- Up to date deposit calculation.
- Payment chasing follow up.

Profile:

- An operational profile with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- 1 year’s experience in a similar position or relevant experience & knowledge in hotel reservation & contracting (IE: an Accommodation Project Manager or Hotel Reservation Manager).
- Some knowledge of hotels and of the B2B Event (MICE) industry.
- Some local market & industry know-how.
- Adaptability & versatility, patience, rigor & accuracy.
- Fluent English (oral and written) required; another foreign language is a plus.
- Perfect command of Office (Outlook, Excel, Word,…)
