Working closely with procurement teams and suppliers across all categories, this position ensures accurate emissions tracking, transparent reporting, and meaningful progress toward supplier decarbonisation targets. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 h3Scope 3 Carbon Accounting Measurement /h3 ul liOversee end-to-end Scope 3 carbon accounting across all supplier categories, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accuracy in emissions measurement. /li liDevelop and implement robust measurement methodologies aligned with GHG Protocol standards and industry best practices for supplier emissions tracking. /li liDesign and deploy data collection processes and systems to capture primary emissions data from suppliers across IAG's diverse procurement categories. /li liEstablish quality assurance frameworks to validate supplier‑provided emissions data and ensure consistency in calculation methodologies. /li liMaintain and enhance carbon accounting models, incorporating emission factors, activity data, and supplier‑specific information. /li liDevelop supplier engagement strategies to encourage and support emissions reduction activities across the supply chain. /li liCreate supplier‑specific decarbonisation roadmaps identifying reduction opportunities, timelines, and resource requirements. /li liCollaborate with procurement teams to integrate carbon reduction criteria into supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management processes. /li liTrack and report on supplier progress toward decarbonisation targets, identifying barriers and implementing intervention strategies where needed. /li /ul h3Impact Assessment Analysis /h3 ul liIdentify and prioritise high‑impact sustainability interventions based on comprehensive carbon hotspot analysis across supplier categories. /li liConduct category‑level assessments to understand emissions intensity and identify opportunities for material carbon reductions. /li liDevelop business cases for sustainability investments,



quantifying carbon reduction potential and return on investment. /li liSupport procurement teams in evaluating alternative products, services, and suppliers based on lifecycle environmental performance. /li /ul h3Reporting Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liPrepare comprehensive Scope 3 emissions reports for internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and external sustainability platforms including CDP and EcoVadis. /li liContribute to IAG's annual sustainability reporting, ensuring accurate and transparent disclosure of supply chain emissions data. /li liPresent Scope 3 performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership, procurement teams, and Operating Company stakeholders. /li liMaintain relationships with key suppliers to facilitate data collection, share best practices, and drive collaborative decarbonisation initiatives. /li liRepresent IAG in industry forums and working groups focused on supply chain sustainability and Scope 3 emissions reduction. /li liUtilise and optimise sustainability management platforms such as Watershed for Scope 3 data collection, analysis, and reporting. /li liCollaborate with IT and data analytics teams to enhance carbon accounting systems and automate data collection processes. /li liEvaluate emerging technologies and tools for supply chain carbon management, recommending platform enhancements or new solutions as appropriate. /li liEnsure data integrity and security across all carbon accounting systems and supplier data repositories. /li /ul h3Compliance Standards /h3 ul liMaintain deep understanding of evolving Scope 3 reporting requirements under EU regulations, including CSRD and Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). /li liEnsure IAG's Scope 3 measurement and reporting practices comply with international standards. /li liSupport sustainability audits and verification processes related to supply chain emissions reporting. /li liMonitor regulatory developments and assess implications for IAG's Scope 3 strategy and reporting obligations. /li /ul h3Your skills, experience and qualifications /h3 pbQualifications: /b /p ul liBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field; /li liMaster's degree preferred /li liProfessional certifications in carbon accounting or sustainability (e.g., GHG Protocol certification, Certified Carbon Reduction Manager) /li /ul pbSkills: /b /p ul liExpert knowledge of carbon accounting methodologies, emission factors,
